I am from Germany and a passionate hobby cake decorator. I unfortunately don't have nearly as much time for it as I would like.
I started in January 2010 because I wanted to make a special birthday cake for my daughter's fourth birthday.
Since then I have been fascinated by the art of sugar craft, especially sugar flowers. I read a lot of flower-making tutorials,
but nature itself is my greatest inspiration and my biggest challenge.
